Yes. We recommend registering an account with NomadicStay.com in order to get a more personalized experience with the site. As a registered member you can book an apartment (as a guest) or list your property (as a host) to attract potential guests.
Nomadicstay's mission is to help digital nomads find accommodations that suit their work/travel needs. It also helps them to connect with other digital nomads.
We tailored our accommodations for Digital Nomads. We want to create a community where people can connect and share their Digital Nomad experiences. Plus the commission is lower compared to other competing services. Our commission ranges from 4% to 8% depending on the length of your stay. One other major differentiator is that guests can plan their future trips on the site and allow potential hosts to find them and offer them their property for rental.
Yes our site is 100% secure. Nomadic Stay platform is secured with Comodo Positive SSL Wildcard Certificate with 256 bit RSA Encryption
Please use the registration form by clicking the Sign Up link on the navigation menu. | (https://nomadicstay.com/). | Before proceeding with registration you should read and confirm your consent to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. After you submitted the registration form you will receive a message by email with a link to confirm your account registration.
You can delete your user account by going to My Profile (click on your name on the top navigation bar) / Settings / Delete my account. Please be aware that deleting your account is an one time action. After you delete your account you lose all your data in our platform.
You can find a link to Forgot password page on the login form. Please enter your email address and once you submit the form you will receive a password reset link by email
Phone verification is required for hosts. In order to get your property listing available for public you must verify your identity. We recommend both phone and facebook identity verification for all our users to increase credibility within our platform.

Booking Process

Yes this is precisely the differentiating factor of Nomadic Stay platform. Any hosts (upon discovery of a guest arrival to their city) can make an offer to potential guests with the specified price/date.
Generally the guests search for accommodations and make a booking request. Once host receive the request they either approve or deny the request. Once the inquiry is approved by the host, booking is confirmed and the commission fee is charged to guest. Alternatively hosts can make an offer of their property to a guest with a proposed price/date. Guests can choose to either accept or deny the offer. If the guest accept the offer a booking request will be sent to host and upon approval a booking reservation is created in our system.
Guests are charged a fixed commission fee on every booking. The commission fee is dependent on the length of their stay. This fee is only charged to their credit card once the hosts has approved their booking request and a confirmation email is sent to both parties.
We are very transparent with our commission. Only guests pay a commission fee at this moment. We do not charge hosts for listing their property. Here is the Nomadic Stay commission table for our guests. The commission rate goes down for longer rental period.

None of your personal credit card information (card number, expiration date, cvv code) is stored anywhere in Nomadic Stay platform. We simply pass all the data to our credit card processing company and store ONLY an authenticated transaction token in our platform. Your browser may store your credit card data for future use on our website.
In case of any dispute that may arise after booking Nomadic Stay will do its best to help mediate between the host and the guest. But we cannot guarantee a positive outcome from this intermediation. We may consider refunding the commission fee based on the outcome of the investigation.

I am a Guest

There are circumstances where you need to cancel your reservation. Your commission fee is 100% refundable if you cancel your booking 7 days (one week) prior to check-in date. But we do not reimburse NomadicStay commission after three free cancellation per year. Please visit Terms and Conditions to get a detailed overview of cancellation policy.
Our hosts provide detailed information about their listing. In case if you feel you need to contact the host you can find a link to "Contact Host" on the listing page below the property photo.
Yes. In residences where the hosts offer more than one room for rental, you can specify which room you like to rent. When you make a reservation add a note that you request a specific room in the listing.

I am a Host

Yes this is one of the differentiating factor of our platform. As a host you can discover new guests who are visiting your city and offer your property for stay.
In some extreme circumstances hosts might have to cancel a booking or withdraw an offer made to guests. We at Nomadicstay.com are flexible with cancellations provided there is a valid reason. We allow upto 3 free cancellations per year. After this your credibility ranking (Nomad rating) will be downgraded.
